ENVIRONMENT ($2 billion Water Plan)
• The “Davis Water Plan” requires commercial and industrial users of publicly-owned under-ground water to pay 2 pennies per gallon, thereby raising $2 billion annually
• Reduce electrical consumption by installing presently available energy efficiency devices wherever possible (houses, buildings, factories, farms, etc.) thereby saving Minnesotans between $2-4 billion yearly
• Manufacture electric cars, fuel cells, wind turbines, solar and geothermal systems and create thousands of jobs
• Require dentists to stop discharging mercury waste to sewers
• Spay or neuter cats and dogs
• Rescind law that allows killing mourning doves

EDUCATION
• Soda pop and candy out of all schools
• Daily physical exercise and nutritious meals
• Signs throughout schools saying RESPECT yourself, your family and your opportunity
• Expand vocational, trade, technical, commercial, HOME and internet schools
